Is There Something Wrong With Me?

OK, I am a 13 year old female who weighs 95 pounds and is 5'1



I've been going on a diet for a little over 2 weeks now.



In this diet I'm allowed to have 500 calories.



I usually have anywhere from 620-800



I want to be 85 or less pounds by January 10th



I have recently had food cravings- extreme



I didn't want to eat and consume calories, so I saved pictures of food on my iPod Touch. I have about 400 pictures of food. Peanut butter and jelly, grilled cheese, onion rings, burgers, fries, pancakes and syrup, bacon, eggs, soda, fried chicken, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, green beans, pizza, baked ziti, steak, milkshakes, baked macaroni and cheese, brownies, salad, bread, peanut butter cup and fudge sundae, peanut butter cookies, the kisses cookies,etc.



I look at them and can taste them without consuming the calories- this somewhat fills me up. I only look at the pictures of food or my bathroom though because Im afraid that I might get hungry and tempted to go eat something. My bathroom and bedroom are upstairs so it would take too long to go downstairs.



I just want to be skinny so I don't have to worry about food anymore.



I thought that anorexic and bulimic 28 yr old Who weighs 60 pounds I wanted to be like her (maybe not 60 pounds, more like 70-75)



Is that sick, gross and demented??

it isnt sick or demented but that isnt healthy seriously



if you want to be thin then eat right and work out



you need 3 meals a day breakfast lunch and dinner but eat smart



if you crave food in between that is alright eat a apple a orange or even unsalted peanuts



look at diet recipies and write down wat you want that is in that range limit that you want but ur starving urself and that isnt goodIs There Something Wrong With Me?

your way too young, to be anywhere near close to worrying about this, first off, you want fat, in you cause it'll turn into boobs, and a butt, and thats what guys want. forget what you see in the magazines, guys don't want whats in the magazines, they're too skinny. not attractive, its okay to have a little extra junk in your trunk, its good, and guys love that. eat good, cucumbers, fruit, water, beans, rice, these are all healthy calories, they burn easy, because they're simple sugars, complex sugars like processed foods are not good, these you need to avoid. if you end up being too skinny, you will never believe that you are skinny enough, even skinny people believe they're fat, which is weird, and besides being skinny is not attractive, i'm a guy, and guys talk, and never have i heard, someone say they want a skinny girl , never. I've heard guys talk about girls that are thick, big boned, and the rest of the guys just laugh, and the guy originally saying this, stand up and says something like,"Hey i like 'em thick". and this is very very common, even i don't mind a thick girl, actually my perfect girl is in the middle of just right, and a little thick, too thin is a turn off, its like being with another guy , which is weird. So eat more, and if your worried about the calories, start running, you'll get toned, all the fat in the right places, you'll get a healthy glow to your skin cause your eating right. and you'll feel good. forget all this dieting, eating two leaves a day, trying to get skinny. trust me this is not where you want to be.l

I think you need to stop hurting your-self and your body. What you are doing is very dangerous. It sounds like you are anorexic. You should look for help, your weight is already low as it is. Anorexia has very serious effects, like loosing hair, missing your period, feeling weak most of the time and you just might end in a hospital bed very sick. I suggest you talk to someone you trust or your parents. Love your body by eating right and most of all love yourself.
