What are some good athletic foods to eat?

I'm 14, 120 lbs and currently play football at my highschool as a wide reciever. I need to gain more weight (maybe around 130-140) so i'm weight training 3 days a week and I train moderately-extreme every day. I'm about to go to the grocery store and I need to know some good foods to eat for morning and lunch. On a normal school day I eat a bowl of oatmeal and some milk for breakfast and for lunch whatever is at school (usually pizza and a water). I want to start getting more protein in my diet so does anyone have any good food choices they use? On weekends I usually pack it in with a big breakfast in the morning 1,000 calories and about 1,000 calories of pasta in the afternoon. For dinner I eat whatevers at the dinner table (vietnamese food) I do take whey protein powder but I want to be able to get more natural protein too, I usually have 52 grams from powder every day, I know I need about 120+ grams per day to build muscle. What are some good athletic foods to eat?
CHICKEN, FISH AND EGGS....r full of protein!

egg yolks for breakfast, or kashi cereal

lunch u can eat a chicken salald with low fat ranch or oil and vinegar with fewer calories.... grapes or an apple would be good as well

dinner eat chicken with veggies(mixed)(couliflour, brocolii ,peas, corn, potatoe slices,)or with spinach

um protein..egg whites each is 3g, cottage cheese cup is 30g, milk cup is 8g, tunafish can is 32g, meat like steak, chicken, turkey and fish all have a lot of protein in themWhat are some good athletic foods to eat?
pretty much anything with protein.

I eat peanut butter and bananas on toast as a power breakfast before a workout.

After a workout I like to eat english muffin or toast with a hard boiled egg (sliced) and canadian bacon with a little mayo pepper and tobasco.

Cottage cheese also has a fair amount of protein (~26 grams per cup)

My cupboard is filled with protein bars. I like Power Bars, but there are many varieties. If I'm rushed I'll grab one before a workout or have one handy for after a workout. Some are nearly as good as a candy bar.

Oh, yea, and a good post workout drink is low fat chocolate milk. From what I've heard, it has the right carb/protein ratio for muscle recovery. I find that it helps quench the hunger, too.
