So I have a VERY unhealthy diet. Okay, I have a unhealthy diet every day but this year Im eating way worse than ever!.

So Im 14, and I weigh about 37kg, I am VERY VERY VERY SKINNY, thing is I cannot gain weight, because I LITERALLY eat hamburgers, potato chips, ice cream, candy, pizzas, etc I drink only drink soda and I drink about 5 bottles of sade EVERY DAY. No I am not exaggeration, in fact this week, everyday I eat McDonalds for lunch, 5 bottles of soda, lots of candy and junk food in between, and random stuff for dinner.

Me and my friend ate 3 cheeseburgers, and 4 days later he gained a lot of weight and I gain NONE.

And lately I am being self aware after reading about diabetes, because I have ALL OF THESE SYMPTOMS of diabetes.

Extreme thirst

Extreme hunger

Frequent urination

Sores or bruises that heal slowly

Dry, itchy skin

Unexplained weight loss

Blurry vision

Unusual tiredness or drowsiness

Tingling or numbness in the hands or feet

Random angina(Heart Pain) AND IM ONLY 14

I have no family history of diabetes, if that helps.

Any tips guys?Do I have diabetes? Please help Im pretty worried :/?
Nobody can diagnose you over the Internet. If you are worried, please get your blood sugar tested.

Diabetes is not caused by what you eat.
You should let a doctor tell you this answer . Make an appointment but don't eat 12 hours before you go in, make the appointment for a morning visit. Go in early to fill out a medical history and other paper work, your mum can do the paper work, but you need to see what she writes .Do I have diabetes? Please help Im pretty worried :/?
It does sound like juvenile diabetes. See a doctor.

Most people have no family history of diabetes!! This is because more than 15 years ago, people were not tested for diabetes. If something were wrong with them the doctors usually treated them for heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or told them they were "just dizzy red heads" and sent them home.

Now as to you having ALL of the symptoms!! No way!! Most of those symptoms appear after years of high glucose numbers!!

Mainly you are eating correctly with the problem of being a teenager and indestructible so you think you need to eat 3 or more McD's super duper servings at one setting.

Some people are naturally skinny and some are naturally fat!! Those who are skinny will be that way for life, no matter what they eat or don't eat.

Anyway, to set your mind at rest, do get a complete physical exam including blood work! Fasting for more than 8 hours is totally unnecessary for the blood work.
Diabetic Diet Plan

This should be your program every meal. Below is a sample of a Diabetic Diet Plan to get you started:

Breakfast

4 ozs. Juice

1 slice of bread toasted

2 eggs

8 oz. milk

1 tsp. butter or margarine

Lunch

陆 cup sliced cucumber on lettuce

mushroom and spinach omelet

1 slice bread

1 tsp. butter

陆 cup canned vegetables (rinsed and drained well)

coffee or tea

Dinner

1 cup homemade bouillon (to control salt)

1 pork chop grilled (fat trimmed)

陆 cup cooked beets

陆 cup cooked green beans

1 small salad with fat-free dressing

1 slice bread

Here are some signs of diabetes:

1. You are frequently thirsty

2. You need the toilet a lot

3. Your mouth is dry

4. Your vision is blurry

5. You have cuts and other sores that take a while to heal

6. You experience itching in and around the vagina

7. Your hands and feet feel numb and tingle

8. The skin on your neck, armpit and groin suddenly gets darker

9. You have inexplicably lost or gained weight

If you have these symptoms then it means you have diabetes.

Sounds a bit weird...

If you have started to get these symptoms within the past couple of months, go to a doctor asap!

The thing that seems unfitting here is that you appear to have had the symptoms for ages.

You seem to be confusing type 1 and type 2 diabetes. If you have always been skinny even if you eat unhealthily you are extremely unlikely to have type 2, so this info you put is irrelevant. The fact that you mentioned McDonald literally every day sounds a bit far-fetched. I'm in England not the USA but really every day??? Are you making this story up? Diabetes of either type or none at all, this seems really stupid!

Type 1 is much more dangerous though and you could die of it if you are not diagnosed. So if this is really happening and has come on recently, get medical help immediately.
