How do i cut and maintain weight for mma?

I currently weigh in at superheavyweight(140kg/308lbs) and really want to cut down to heavyweight(120kg/265lbs) within the next 8 months before i start training in a proper mma club. i do have a gut but im not completely flabby im 6ft 1 and am quite flexible for my size . i am at school 11 hours a day 5 days a week with rugby and/ weight training(strength and conditioning) within that time, my diet (which ive changed 4 weeks ago)consists of low fat yohgurt with a spoonful of porridge, sunflower+pumpkin seeds and an apple for breakfest, celery and rice cakes for mid morning snack, 2 ham sandwiches for lunch and a piece of fruit, my pre rugby training snack is a bannana my dinner is usually whatever my mother makes but i do not eat any junk made like pizza, burgers chips etc. usually stew, soup, pasta , chicken and potatoes, stir fry etc. and my evening snack is a handful of mixed nuts and raisins no soft drinks / junk food, i also make a point to drink a gallon(4 litres) of water a day , the only time i get to train outside school is the weekend where i focus on mostly strike work if i cant find my other amaeture training partners for ground work, some timed muscular endurance rounds( like weights with cardio) sometimes a jog or an hour on the rower for cardio,, i do take 2 supplements by maximuscle(High protein PROMAX and the energy and recovery VIPER EXTREME).My fitness improves more every day though it is not impressive,i dont give a **** about my appearence ,all i want to do is cut dwn to at least 225/235 and maintain that weight not only to feel healthier but to fight in the weight class i want, . i ask the above question because after 7 weeks of the mentioned training regimen(we do a lot of pre season rugby training) and 4 weeks on the above mentioned diet i have no results on the scale at all i have even considered a highly recommended weight loss supplement lean system 7 ,, any advice given would be very much appreciatedHow do i cut and maintain weight for mma?
Basically you have to exercise more and eat less. I would be careful about the supplements because sometimes they have your body retain water and can cause cramping.

You should be running a ton for rugby, that will help. The most important thing is exercise to lose weight.

*I'd say, drink water, run as much as you can, eat healthy, avoid beer/soft drinks/junk as you say you will do.How do i cut and maintain weight for mma?
Use this website www.menshealth.co.uk it has everything you will need to find a diet plan and exercise regime that will suit you.

As you want to get into MMA I would of gave you the workout and diet regime I use to cut and maintain weight, but seeing as you are big it won't be of much use because I walk around at 195 lbs so I only cut 10 or 25 lbs and I am really flexible.

Good luck with your weight loss goal, and don't lose a big amount of weight too quick because you could potentially become ill.How do i cut and maintain weight for mma?
I want to get in MMA too. I'm also 308 pounds but bearly 6'0. So on paper we're virtully identical. I'm trying to Jogg/run (Because I'm fat %26amp; have shitty cardio) atleast 45 mins a day and walk 90. I do a bunch of other things as well but I don't want to go on %26amp; on.
