How many calories should I eat in a day? What foods to stay away?

Hello! I am a male 6'3'' (Six foot and 3 inches) 19 years old and i weigh about 145. I am currently underweight becuse I'm suppose to weigh 190 minimum. I cant seem to add my normal weight. I eat and then i gain some pounds (about 5-6 pounds) and then during the night i seem to lose the pounds i recently gained. I'm hispanic, so theres a lot of fried food involved. (I don't eat all day fried foods, just when it comes to dinner 7 times out of 10 it's fried)

The reason why i want to watch my weight is because im kinda skinny everywhere, but except im getting this 'pouch' kind of thing, right under my belly button. It's not big like a beer belly, it's just there.

I want to get abs/chest and just look tone, Nothing extreme.

I eat corn dogs, pizza, etc etc. What foods should i stay? (Examples of food, because i dont know what the ingredients are that were put into the food that was already made)

Thank you! ^_^How many calories should I eat in a day? What foods to stay away?
Your diet is awful, and sooner or later, you will start feeling unwell because you will have wrecked your health.

The most important thing for gaining weight is to put on muscle mass: Exercise with weights every other day. Drink a whey-protein shake every day.

Eat healthy high-calorie foods, such as nuts. They are both high in oils and calories, and in nutrients, as well.

To keep yourself from losing your health, eat lots of vegetables, fruits, dairy, protein, and complex carbohydrates.

Stay away from fried foods, corn dogs, pizza.

BTW, if you get up to 165 pounds, your BMI will fall into the "normal weight" category. You don't have to try to hit 190 pounds.
