Hi guys, i'm 13 years old and i'm trying to lose 30 pounds. But i dont want to go extreme, by that i mean that i dont want to still have a "junk food" snack or meal once a week, so if it was a meal i would probably have pizza or hotdogs and hamburgers. But for a snack it would most likely be chips, so i was wondering if Sun Chips are a healthy choice for people trying to lose weight?I want to lose weight.?
You're going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your body. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day. You can still eat any types of snacks you want as long as you eat them in moderation. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. Drink water frequently. I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely. Most importantly, you must exercise. You'll need to combine cardio and strength exercises. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise. Try various types of ab exercises as well; you can find examples online. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body. Don't count calories or weigh yourself daily; these are unhealthy habits. Be patient and ambitious, and you should see results fairly soon:)I want to lose weight.?
just because they sun chips taste like but doesnt mean they are healthy. you have to look at the calories and the sat. fat. that will tell you if food is a good choice or not.I want to lose weight.?
well it's good that you want to lose weight the healthy way. To ensure the best wieght loss make sure you do lots of exercise . When i was about your age I made it a habbit to run a few miles every day no matter how tired i got and the pounds came off = ) Its ok to eat junk food or pizza, stuff like that, just make sure you eat it in moderation ! Instead of eating 4 pieces eat 2 pieces really slow so u feel full = ) Good luck with your goal !
