PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP. 10 POINTS? Answer the best you can? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP?

I have been accused of tampering with a motor vehicle. (two tires were let down) I DENIED THIS!.

Ive been accused of death threats. I DIDNT DO THIS!!

Ive been accused of assault on a female. I DIDNT DO THIS AND WOULD NEVER!!

All those above are my word against hers.

But what they have is my phone and 3-4 sent messages from my phone like you fat ugly beast, you better do as I say or you will regret it. Pretty much the same as that each time nothing specific. But not nice stuff either.

The witness statements will come back as nothing other than people saw us arguing about this a few times no threats nothing other than what it was over.

She lied about the rest to try and get me in as much trouble as possible!

Will this be sent to court? What will I likely get convicted of if anything?

( I live in the UK and Ive got 2 previous convictions for criminal damage over 4 years ago )

The texts for example could be interpreted as threatening but youll regret it could mean I will make more noise or I wont buy you that pizza etc and the harsh insult could be extreme humour etc hell someone else could have sent them from my phone!

So whats my best bet to not get convicted!?PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP. 10 POINTS? Answer the best you can? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP?
I'd say that with the phone calls that you didn't deny, 2 flat tires and her statement of your threats that u are going to have a tough time so get ready.
Will this be sent to court?

Not a chance, there is not enough evidence to substantiate even a hearing in my opinion. Thrown out. You need to have actual grounds to take someone to court. For instance, if you assaulted her she would have needed to get photos of any cuts / bruising or a medical check up for a start. It sounds like there are no witnesses to prove that you let down any tyres. You should publish those text messages (censored if need be) because nobody can really answer beyond that.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP. 10 POINTS? Answer the best you can? no it wont, but i bet you are hiding something, cause the way you wrote your question leads me to believe otherwise
You're screwed...by your own words you set yourself up for failure.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP. 10 POINTS? Answer the best you can? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP?
honestly if you do not have a lawyer now i would say get one...it sounds like this girl is trying to mess with you and if she really wants to she can continue badgering you for awhile. your previous convictions will possibly strengthen her case regarding property damage.

why did you send such rude texts to her? were they things you actually said? if they can prove the phone was in your possession at the time the texts were sent they may consider them to be threatening (and abusive, i might add). the texts plus the witnesses who saw you argue paint a negative picture of you, definitely get you to a lawyer right away.

remember that you are innocent until proven guilty! the burdon is on HER to prove that you did these things.
Well, that is pretty messed up for her to do that, yet there are messed up people in the world. Anyways, you have to prove to them that you haven't done anything wrong if you really have not. But if you honestly have don't deny it because you will only get yourself into more trouble (unless your a sneaky ninja :D) You might get convicted if she has submitted this court and whatnot. You might not though because she does not have proof. Also fix your tires, because little things can lead to guilty because it LOOKS like you did these things. Also those texts from your phones should not have been sent as it will also look like you are lying. Tell them you didn't send those or something. You got yourself in something and now you have to get out. Proof it. I wish you the best of luck.

Hope This Helped
