After i eat all my points in weight watchers i feel a feeling of regret, am i supposed to eat all my points?

I am allowed 26 points a day, i started out at 28, i have lost 23 pounds so far, but suddenly the weight stopped coming off a week or so ago, and its really de-motivational, i feel like its not working anymore. i think it might be because im not eating all my points, i am usually under by probably 5 points, so i eat ice cream which is 4 points, but then i feel an extreme feeling of regret,



Like for dinner tonight, i had pizza, i had 22 points left, 2 pieces of pizza was 9 points, so i had 2 pieces...(13 points left) i wanted more pizza but i wasn't hungry, and i had 2 more pieces, (4 points left), but now i feel really really bad for eating those 2 extra pieces of pizza.

eat all your points. eat what you want to eat. do not starve yourself or else you really wont shed any pounds. when you starve yourself your body goes into starvation mode and it begins to store fat. dont feel regret, you are doing what you are supposed to.After i eat all my points in weight watchers i feel a feeling of regret, am i supposed to eat all my points?

Lower your calorie intake a few hundred. Your body is getting used to how much you're eating and isn't going to lose anymore weight.
