Anemia / Iron deficiency problem?

I'm positive I have an Iron Deficency problem, I went to the doctor and he didn't find anything wrong with me, or anything was out of the ordinary, but I know there is something wrong. Last week, I went away to visit a friend and all we ate every day was pasta and or pizza, so I know that it's most likley a Iron def.

My symptoms are:

1. Extreme fatigue

2. Always wanting to sleep

3. Sore joints (like knee, most likley due to a lack of iron carrying cells)

4. burning sometimes in lymph nodes

5. scratchy throught

The most severe symptom is the Fatigue,

What should I do? like foods to eat, pills etc.

Thanks!Anemia / Iron deficiency problem?
Besides taking extra Vitamin C to absorb more iron you could take an iron supplement as well, preferably organic iron such as ferrous gluconate or other organic iron as organic iron is absorbed better than inorganic iron such as ferrous sulphate.Anemia / Iron deficiency problem?
When I had anemia I found it hard to walk, think or talk just found it hard to do anything, however I was never really extremely sleepy or had burning lymph nodes or scratchy throat, my eyes were not white and may nails looked strange. Soon as the doctor walk in he knew exactly what was wrong with me ..Put me on iron pills, they helped, no longer on pills and am better...Go to your doctor to see what is exactly wrong with you....Anemia / Iron deficiency problem?
Well, if you went to the doctor and he checked your blood for the iron content, and it was ok- well, you aren't anemic. It could be multiple things going on. If you really think though, then get some iron pills. And eat lots of spinach.
beef is high in iron, grapes, beans, take a daily vitamin supplement, red meats are good for iron,

i suggest pineapple(promotes excellerated healing and good vitamin c) because it sounds to me like your slowly comeing down with something due to the sensations in your lymph nodes and the scratchy throught also the fatigue can be a sign of that.
