I'm 15, 5'3 and 119 lbs
I'm thin, but I'm trying to get toned. i don't wana like have muscle muscle, i just want to have a nice flat sculpted stomach (not a 6 pack) and nice arms but not too big, just sculpted
I started doing cardio kick boxing 4-5 times a week for an hour each time and after my class I drink a muscle milk and I'm also eating healthier and only drinking water and milk and muscle milk after my class
how long do you think it will take ?
%26amp; what should i eat before and after my workout so it gives me the best results?
and what are the best ab workouts i can do on my own?
The cardio kick boxing is a class called "extreme fitness kickboxing" for an hour every day but i can only make it 4-5 times a week. what should i do on the days I can't go?
my goal is july 1st do u think it's possible
oh and can i have a free day once a week where i can eat like a bagel for breakfast veggie pizza for lunch and chicken burgers for dinner or something? still healthy, but not as healthyHow long do you think it will take me to get into shape? %26amp; what else should I be doing. PLEASE ANSWER?
Well,
- 8 - 10 weeks if you do things right, will give you great progress
- Take 2 bananas after your workout with a protein shake and small amount of carbs. Throughout the day eat beans, eggs, nuts, chicken, fish, steaks, fruit and veg. Drink 4- 8 glasses of water a day and stay clear of all processed rubbish
- Take a rest the day you can't go, rest is very important as well, do not train any more than 5 days
- Yes, the odd rubbish will not kill you if everything else is right

**** the one thing i hate is when people come into my gym and say : "I want to get big, but not too big"
There saying it as if its easy to put on muscle and they have to try to not get to big
1: It will at least a year of hard training to get any decent size on you
2: You need to go to the gym and quit this shitty cardio class, its not going to help you put on size at all, its just going to help you tone and lose bodyfat, but since you want to put on muscle i would do this twice a week and go to the the other 3-2 times
3: You need to put on weight, so keep up the calorie consumption and maybe even take weight gainers
4: Take whey protein after your workouts
5: Cable crunches, Incline weighted crunches, Dragon flys, etc etc
