Why Obama for President?

Why doesn't Obama just offer free pizza every Friday for everybody. He reminds me of my high school class president running for office. He may be a good speaker but if you really listen to the things he has to say, how can you really take what he has to say seriously and how can you not see how Socialistic his policies and agenda really are? He really know how to talk the talk but I don't believe he can walk the walk in all of the things he promises, they are too extreme. Also, he said it himself he wants to "Spread the wealth around". Please explain how his views are not Socialistic and please tell me why you Obama supporters are voting for him. Why Obama for President?
So, all you angry teens who write these ignorant questions, let's say you studied real hard for a test and got 100% on it. And the moron who sits in front of you didn't study at all and got a 40%. And your very eloquent, lofty-sounding teacher read from his teleprompter that even tho you worked hard and got a good grade, you had to give 30 of your points to the lazy moron because it was his policy to share the points. So now you get a 70% on the test and so does the lazy moron. Now, aren't you motivated to study hard for your next test? And the lazy moron- do you think he's going to study hard in the future? Now isn't that how you would like your school to be run? If so, vote for Obama.
I will vote Obama because, of the two he is the best. He proposes change and though it may not be possible to do all the things he proposes. I think the majority is manageable. ``Spread the wealth`` has been taken out of context but you should already know that, you sound fairly intelligent, or am I to assume that you are only talking the talk and really not at all intelligent. The point I am making is that since we don`t really know who is going to follow through with what they are saying, we should trust each candidate and then go along with the one offering policies that are of concern to us and the people we love (this will vary from person to person).Why Obama for President?
This is a country with a lot of lazy people. Most of them are not very well educated, and they don't know much about history or economics, and they don't care to know. So they'll fall for anything. Obama's not going to deliver on ANYTHING without everyone's taxes going up.



Then again, I'm not voting for him. As bad as Bush may have been, that does NOT turn Obama from an unqualified candidate into a qualified one. He's still unqualified to be President.

Well lets begin by saying why, Mcain for President, well do we really want Palin for president, think about that, ok now that you have thought about it what's your answer, How about Biden for President I think so , there could not be a better fit then Obama and Biden come on now if something happens to MCain we get Palin Please she can't get off Joe the damn Plumber, I think we have more then these issues. So reguardless of the untruths all polititions say abcause they have a cabinet and they vote on issues and the president can only vote on mess, remember the president is a figure head and he has people around him to make the hard decisions, his cabinet members his advisers.

In this election, you have to vote for the lesser of both evils. All politicians are liars, smart people vote Obama because we don't need another 4 years of Bush.

Why McCain for President. It's more than possible he won't out live his first term and then we're stuck with that air head Palin, who doesn't know what's up or down.

I don't know where to start with this, but i'll start with your accusations.

Obama, and indeed any president is able to promise what obama is via tax reform and it's long overdue- it's the middle class, the educated professionals and skilled workers and small business owners that make the backbone of a successful economy in a democratic country, American presidents have spent a lot of money giving tax breaks to the top echelon of the american economy- the ones who bankrupt you by selling their private companies to foreign nationals and who exploit the wealth of the lower and middle classes- siphoning off huge amounts into private wealth- if they payed more, not less tax, and their paychecks had some regulation you'd be surprised by what the country can suddenly afford.

If you look around Europe, at some of the more successful and stable economies with little to no debt, decent social services, very little dependance on oil- Obama is nothing like their leaders and his plans do very little to emulate them- anywhere else in the world Obama would be a moderate conservative, his plans are not socialist- they would actually be considered common sense moderate governance in most of the developed world.
