I've had a sketchy relationship with food for over a year now because of pressure frrom my family to be skinny. I've gone to extreme measure, even experimenting with purging! ):
i'm sick of that world. how can i eat healthy when i see my friends eat chips pizza candy etc.
SO, if i eat SOMEWHAT healthy, like not so much fast food, , fruits, but still some junk food, if i go running a few times a week? will it even out?
today i had an apple, dry cheerios, granola bar, spaghetti, meat, frozen fruit bar, chips, and gummy worms. im going running tomorrow. will gain weight? i wana feel normal but i feel like i know too much about calories and dieting to eat without guilt...Can I maintain my weight and still eat like a normal teenager?
Just limit how much you eat. it doesn't matter WHAT you eat so much, as it does how much. When your friends eat chips and candy, limit yourself to say, maybe a handful.
