How can I lose weight? Please help!?

Hey, I'm a girl and I'm 14 by the way haha. Right, Christmas is coming up, yay the time where everyone gets together, give out gifts, party, ect. Also the time where you end up receiving millions of chocolates! I don't want to put on weight this Christmas! My family have a big lunch on Christmas day, and in the evening we have nibbles like chicken skewers, mini pizza's and things like that, then finish off with chocolates, mini cheese-cakes, brownies ect. Then we wash it all down with lots of drink! My new years resolution is going to be to lose weight. I weigh 7 stone exactly, and I'm smaller than average haha. Would it be OK for me to eat one day, then the next day not eat, then eat the next day, then not eat the next day. And so on...?

Some people say 7 stone is like average for my age, but honestly my thighs and stomach are huge, when I wear tight tops, I ALWAYS breathe in my stomach because it honestly looks like I'm pregnant if I just 'let it go.' It's horrible and I hate it. I guess I do exercise, it takes me an hour to walk home from school, and I sometimes go out after school so I'm walking about for around 2/3 hours.

How can I lose weight without going to the extreme? Boys and girls call me hot, and everyone thinks I'm gorgeous:L I'm not vain! Yeah OK, I think I'm pretty, but I'd give myself like a 6.6/7 out of 10 haha!

If you don't eat than your metabolism would stay low causing you to put more weight on when you do. Exercising is the easiest way to lose wait in my opinion. Exercise for about 45 min to and 1 hour and a half every day. Eating healthy after your workout will also help you lose those extra pounds.How can I lose weight? Please help!?
Hi, i am 15 in year 11. To lose weight, you need to eat foods that will boost your metabolism such as: Lean meat, Water, Protein and whole grain carbs. Having tried this myself, i almost have an eight pack- which shows i'm a boy.
I'm a teen on this diet called lindora and you have to eat everyday and every meal if don't you are pretty much starving yourself and that's a not a good way to loose weight.How can I lose weight? Please help!?

Good lord, girl, you're only 7 stone, you're not going to come to much harm if you gain a few pounds. I recommend just eating and enjoying yourself over the festive period, and if, come January, you feel you are heavier than you would like to be, make exercising more your new years resolution.



Weight does not define beauty. You'll be just as beautiful no matter what weight you are. Just be happy.
