Hurt my spine - doctor?

This is so stupid. I hurt my spine yesterday trying to get around my girlfriend on the couch. That pizza was so tantalizing and I was too stupid to ask for her to hand me a slice. So jumping back on to the couch, after getting my slice, my foot slipped and I hit the middle of my back on the couch. Right on my spine. It hurt like hell for 20 minutes, could barely move. Now it is very sore and I cannot bend over to pick things up.



Should I go see a doctor? I did not know if this type of thing is equal to hitting your head; where you need to get it checked out immediately.



Or will it heal up? I'm not in extreme pain, just very sore whenever I have to move.Hurt my spine - doctor?

well i have a friend that fractured her back but could still walk just hurt when she had to move it or someone touched it so i might go to a doctor if it doesnt stop hurting in a few daysHurt my spine - doctor?
Sounds like heavy bruising, give it a few days and then if it's no better seek medical advice.
