its not that its just cuz if u drool or if u sleep with ur mouth open and air comes and drys it out or cuz you dont move ur mouth when ur sleeping try having a bottle of water by u every night that works!!

Dry mouth and extremely thirsty at night?
It seems that after eating something high in fat like pizza, ice cream, or chocolate before bed. I wake up thru outh the night with extreme thirst. Can anyone help me?Dry mouth and extremely thirsty at night?
its not that its just cuz if u drool or if u sleep with ur mouth open and air comes and drys it out or cuz you dont move ur mouth when ur sleeping try having a bottle of water by u every night that works!!
