How to make a healthy Homemade Pizza?

Ok, So I'm on my diet and exercise regimen to lose my 20 pounds by Christmas.. But I'm having extreme cravings for meat and marinara or pasta sauce. Does anyone have a really good and easy recipe for pizza that is low in fat and as low of calories as can be. I am not good with peppers and mushrooms and black olives for pizzas. I want to make more or less a meat pizza. Any suggestions. Thanks.How to make a healthy Homemade Pizza?

2 frozen bread dough rolls or get flour

1/4 cup pizza sauce or tomato sauce

1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese ( mozzerella cheese is better)

1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms and or peperoni (These are optional toppings)

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (salt,pepper,green pepper, and watever seasonings

you wish to desire





1)Roll dough into a 7-1/2-in. circle.

2) transfer to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over

dough; sprinkle with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, sausage, mushrooms, onion and

remaining cheese. Add Salt and the seaonings

3)Bake at 375掳 for 20-22 minutes.

4) Let it sit for 5 minutes and TADA.... YOU GOT A NORMAL PIZZA RECIPE.

5) Enjoy the classic italian pizza
Maybe work through your cravings by having some pasta with sauce and some Parmesan cheese rather than the whole crust thing of a pizza.

If you need the bread, maybe make mini pizza's with low fat English muffins, low or fat free cheese and your sauce.

Make the dough the usual way. Ahead of time get cans of diced tomatoes italian style at Walmart and cook them down into a thickish sauce, seasoned to your taste, that gives you a no-sugar sauce. Instead of high fat meats use cut up cooked turkey sausage or shredded chicken. Any vegetables on top are good, then top with low fat cheese.
Buffalo chicken pizza. I cut up pieces of chicken breast into small chunks and marinated them with hot sauce, then cooked them in my Foreman grill. Use a tortilla for the base. Put some marinara on, then put some fat free cheese and some ham on top. It's delicious.
