Has anyone been injured while baking a Safeway Fresh Pizza? Has anyone experienced extreme smoke and heat?

I would like to know if any injuries or smoke, heat issues have been reported? The pizza's in question were purchased months ago and were sold fresh not frozen by SaewayHas anyone been injured while baking a Safeway Fresh Pizza? Has anyone experienced extreme smoke and heat?
I made one of those the other day and while I did not get injured the pizza tray you cook it on turned black very quickly and made it smell like my pizza was burning. When I took it out the whole tray was black and my pizza bottom was burnt.
In trying to remove the burning tray and pizza, I burned my eyes and eyelid. My right eyelid is permantly scarred.

I wanted to know if other's besides myself experienced the same situation, and if they did, were they injured as well?

Please contact me if this has happened to any of you. I am now permanently scarred, I did nothing wrong. I followed the boxed directions as directed.

The pizza tray blackened, began smoking, burning, and the heat generated from it, is what caused my injury.

Did you take them out of the package?Has anyone been injured while baking a Safeway Fresh Pizza? Has anyone experienced extreme smoke and heat?
I don't know how baking a pizza could possibly injure you. The only thing of which I can think is if you didn't use an oven mit while taking out the pizza when it was done. Try that next time.
Aren't you supposed to put that on a rack or on some foil? I'm almost sure cardboard with do that in the oven.
