So, I really wanna lose a few pounds - nothing extreme- I have some thigh and side fat ( a bit of lovehandles ) that I wanna get rid of especially. So if I stop eating stuff like chips, pizza, fries ( anything that has too mcuh fat) will I lose that fat ? I'll try eating lots of fiber and such and I excercise like 30 minutes a day dancing.
Any tips to get rid of fat in those areas?If I stop eating fatty things will I lose fat?
It's a step in the right direction... give it a try and see what happens.
