How should I go about explaining to my best friend Grace that she needs an extreme makeover?

Honey i've tried just about everything there is to try with this jewish meatball. I don't know if i'm just being to subdle by telling her she looks like she swallowed an acordian or what, i'm kind of scared to hurt her feelings because she is my boss, too and I don't want to get fired and have to go back to rubbing Stanley's pizza size nipples and watching him releave himself on the couch every time I want something. She is married to a Gay man, how pathetic is that? Help me find the right things to say!How should I go about explaining to my best friend Grace that she needs an extreme makeover?
Just tell her. Honesty is the best policy. If she takes it too personal, that's her own problem. Getting a makeover rocks! Not to mention it's fun! And married to Gay man? Oh good lord she has issues...I love my gay men (i'm a faghag), but I would never marry any of them! Sheesh...lol
Dunno, but my mum takes her friends on an all paid expense "girl day" and they go like everywhere %26gt;%26gt; But I sitll get the house to myself :D! Just take here somewhere to make it look like your both enjoying yourself. Then compliment on her looks. She might keep it ^-^.How should I go about explaining to my best friend Grace that she needs an extreme makeover?
Maybe she's comfortable with the way she looks. Leave her alone.
Thumper said if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

About covers it.How should I go about explaining to my best friend Grace that she needs an extreme makeover?
WTF?
if its looks take her out to the spa or do that nick at night makeover sign up for it for her and then make up a cheesy excuse like oh becuase you work so hard and if its weight say i wanna get a work out but i dont wanna go alone would you come with %26amp; its win win situation
I hope you're not serious, because if you are then you aren't a very good friend. If she feels like she needs a makeover, she will decide on her own to get one. She doesn't need to be put down by her best friend/subordinate.
I would say that it would be a nice birthday present and just surprise her. I'm not sure how sensitive your friend is , but I adore people that do something that nice for someone !

Sometimes you can tell if a makeover would make them feel better about themselves also. She has to be willing to participate.
get all your friends together and chip in on getting her a make over ,spring it on her as a gift
MMMmmmmmm....PIZZA.
Is this supposed to be funny? It isn't. It's rude, vulgar, and poorly spelled and punctuated. You need to do some work on yourself before you start on anyone else.
you dont sound like you are best material for.........anyone
tell her. grace you look to up from the flo up
If a heart to heart does not get this done, perhaps a very subtle and kind way of achieving this is to suggest that you both get make overs. You could also get some other friends involved.

A last ditch effort could be to nominate her for a make over show. However, the chances of getting chosen are slim.

Good luck!
a group makeover. then when everyone tells her how good she looks and how easy it will be to keep up, maybe she'll do it. ps - can't her gay husband give her fashion advice???
So you think its Ok to be gay and be your self but then you think your best friend should change the way she looks because you dont like how she looks ?
Have you thought about calling the "What Not To Wear" show? Also, Maury Povich and Montel Williams do makeover shows several times a season.

If that is out of the question, I might recommend just asking if she might be interested in 'trying out a new look'. Even offering to go shopping and trying to have her try on something she normally would never even fathom wearing might be a great place to start.

If you are going to have a conversation, I would definatley try working along the lines of: "You have such great _____, I would love to see you in a _______. That would look so amazing on you and really show off those great ________!"
Karen, Grace looks fine as she is.

Go work your magic on Jack--he needs some help!
Sarah Jessica Parker, I can't believe so many people didn't get this!!!! Love ya mean it Beev!
