Can someone help me with my hormones? I can't figure out which BCP is right for me?

I was on YAZ birth control for the longest time and it worked great for me. Unfortunately, my doctor informed me that she can no longer prescribe YAZ to me because I now have slightly-high blood pressure. She said it is probably due to the estrogen in the pill so she prescribed me Micronor which is a progesterone only pill. I have been on Micronor now for 6 months and it has worked well for awhile, but I have noticed more and more than my acne has gradually gotten worse. It is at the point now where I look like a pizza face and I want to hide forever. I have finally put my foot down and decided to make an appointment to get it changed Thursday.

I am in a loving monogamous relationship of three years and we hate condoms or any other barrier. I have tried the ring and the patch and both are just annoying plus the ring gave me yeast infections. I have tried other pills as well and have changed a few times because of low sex drive, yeast infections and dryness, extreme mood swings, etc.

I also feel like Micronor may be making me hairy. Does anyone else taken a progesterone only pill?

I am afraid my doctor will tell me I am at a dead end and I have no options left. Do I keep my pizza face or have to make love with a rubber barrier or have babies when I am not prepared?... You should ask about getting a copper IUD. It contains no hormones and is very effective. The downsides to this are heavier periods and if you've never had a baby, it will be very painful to insert.Can someone help me with my hormones? I can't figure out which BCP is right for me?
