I can't stop binge eating!?

Help! I use to be an extreme binge eater and got out of it when my life was going well; had great friends, goof bf, doing great in school!



But now, I'm back to by old ways for the past two weeks I have been bingeing like crazy. I flunked out of nursing school, no bf, friends don't want to talk or hang out anymore since Im not in the program anymore!

I don't gain weight very easily so that's why I keep eating today it started out great: oatmeal and a apple but quickly went downhill, 2 personal pan pizzas, a whole box cinnastixs, 2 chik-fil-a sandwiches, 2 carmel frapps and donuts.. Now I just ordered another pizza and chocolate pastries from papa johns. I need help and don't know what kind of doctor to see. I suffer from untreated depression and I don't want to take pills thats way I don't see anyone.I can't stop binge eating!?
A really good idea is to keep a bottle of water with you at all times. I keep a case of water in my car so I am not tempted to drink soda. Also keep healthy snacks within hands reach so you won't be tempted to go out to eat. If you are getting some type of craving for food eat a handful of trail mix. It is a really good treat because you can get the kind with M %26amp; M's in it, so you aren't depriving yourself. That will kill your "sweet tooth" and be full of protein as well. Try to drink water or unsweetened iced tea. If you don't like unsweetened tea, use 1/2 sweet tea 1/2 unsweetened tea. Instead of eating ice cream, try freezing grapes...it will give you the sweet and cold sensation ice cream gives you! You have to go get a psychological evaluation and then the psychologist will recommend the appropriate form of counseling. I think you definately need help.I can't stop binge eating!?
You need people. You might be ashamed, but you need friends around. Find people who are disciplined to hang out with. Maybe their discipline will rub off.
If you can't stop then it's not a binge.



Get your depression treated %26amp; quit whining.
