I went out for drink with coworkers the night before New Year's Day (since we all had the next day off) They kept ordering me drinks. I NEVER drink. So I get drunk really fast. I had three drinks and I was a bit drunk. An hour later my stomach hurt SO bad.
The next night before going to my friend's New Year party, I ate some pizza. They had food there. So I had cheesecake, ice cream cake, some turtles, and more pizza. I also had 4 alcoholic bevarages. I'm thinking the food prevented me from stomach aches.
When I got home I was dizzy and buzzed and delighted at the fact that I was relaxed enough that I didn't have to move my legs or feel the need to (I have ADHD to an extreme and I have to fidget, it's just an urge)
Woke up this morning very thirsty...drank tons of water..woke up later and FEEL GREAT!
So what did it?Can you raise your tolerance in ONE day?
food helps to absorb the alcohol. Alcohol does dehydrate you and you did the right thing drinking water. Can you raise your tolerance in ONE day?
She is right, but also note that alcohol is a relaxant. That is likely why you didn't have the muscle tension in your legs.
