Morning Snack: A granola bar - 90 calories
Workout: Two miles of running (intervals of 5 and 6 mph every quarter mile) Burned 165 calories. Also 20 sit-ups, 10 push ups and 20 reps of three pound weighs on each arm plus another rep with both arms.
Lunch: Half a banana with about 3/4 of a weigh watchers meal- 340 calories
Snack: Twix bar and Airheads Extreme and granola bar- 540 calories
Dinner: Slice of oliver pizza without crust: Guessing around 300 calories.

That's enough. Just don't go below 1200 calories a day, or else your body could go into starvation mode and that's not good. Just try to cut out the sugar a little bit. For breakfast, have cereal more like Special K and fat free skim milk. 1 cup of Special K and half a cup of fat free skim milk is 160. The granola bar was a great, healthy choice of snack. Your workout was pretty good, too. Your lunch, great. Your next snack, try cutting it down to just the granola bar, or maybe 2 granola bars. The twix bar and airheads extreme really isn't good for you especially when you're trying to loose weight. If you just absolutly CANNOT live without it, try having JUST the twix OR JUST the airheads extreme for your snack. And also, your snack probably shouldn't be bigger than your lunch or dinner. For your dinner, stay away from pizza! It's OK to have it once in a while, but just make sure you don't have it too often. And just to let you know, the range for a 5 foot and 3 inches tall person is 105 to 125 pounds. So you are not overweight. But that's NOT me saying you should stop excercising and eating healthy each day. Hope this helps, good luck!!!
That is enough calories. However, you ate a lot of junk and processed foods. Consider this. You can have 1500 calories of healthy foods or 1500 calories of mostly junk. Both are 1500 calories but your body will do much better with the healthy foods. Eat more healthy by cutting out the junk and sweets if you want to lose weight.
You have no veggies. Have a whole grain cereal instead of sweet one and muffin. Have fruit or yogurt instead of candy and bars for snacks. How can you have pizza without crust? Or do you mean just tore off the top crust beyond the topping?Did I eat enough today?
Yes that is enough, but if you want to lose weight you are going to have to eat healthier things than pizza, twix, and airheads.

try to stay away from the sugar and bring your calories up to 2,000 a day. staying away from the sugar will give you more energy to work out
Hi there, none of my business, but your weight is beautiful for your height. I'm 5" 4" and weight 140 and I still look pretty good. Anyway..you definitely ate enough, but if you want to lose five, switch out Fruit Loops for something else--doesn't have to be gross, could be Cheerios or Special K (I know....I love Fruit Loops, too).
A lot of granola bars are mostly sugar, and bananas are quite high in sugar too, but they're good after a workout. The Twix bar and Airheads aren't helping either (sorry). I don't think pizza is all that bad if you don't load it with meats.
Your exercise sounds good though, and you're only 14 so I imagine you're burning off these calories quite quickly. Maybe some healthier snacks, but your weight sounds fine for your height. Keep up the good work on exercising and good luck!
