How do i make them believe me?

I am 13 yrs old and am 5ft 8 and i weigh 7 stones (just about 45 kilos) n this makes my BMI 14.92 when the normal is about 18.5. All of my frends think i'm anorexic just bcoz i dont eat as much as them. e.g. if they eat a whole pizza i eat only a slice but this is not bcoz im anorexic its coz i just coz i cant eat that much...i hve to hve talks with my teachers as they think im mentally disturbed...i do think im a bit on the chubby side but i wouldnt do ny extreme dieting...how do i tell them the truth...my parents also dont believe me..pls helpHow do i make them believe me?
First and foremost you are not in the slightest chubby. That BMI indicated that you are very thin. It doesn't mean that you are anorexic though. As for your friends, they should listen to you when you tell them that you can't eat that much. I think that they are on your case about it is because they are concerned that this could lead to the path of an eating disorder. But you know, some people just can't eat a lot. People tell me too that I am too skinny, but I'm like you, I can't eat as much as most people. Keep reassuring your friends and parents that you are okay. They should see that because if something were wrong you'd be sending other signs as well.

just be who you are and that's all you can do



you can't really MAKE people believe you because sometimes, even where there is hard evidence, people are ignorant



it's just the way some people are



so just know in your mind that you are not anorexic because the most important thing is to know in your own mind that you are making a choice to live a healthy life



but i still think you should eat a bit more o___O you are kinda underweight.

if you are naturally that weight, that is fine, great, but....

Eat until you are full, "coz i cant eat that much" isn't really a reason. Don't worry about how much you weigh, but rather how that weight looks on you: anorexic is not good-looking, period. Lastly, it is not how much you eat, but what you eat, duh.
Dude your 5"8 and weigh 98 pounds! You should way atleast like 120 pounds at the bare minimum so like 9 stones (126 pounds)- which would be normal weight and you think you are chubby????? you are messed up! I think body image therapy would be good for you! Due eat till you are full there is no better feeling to eat till you can't stuff another bite(not till you throw up) of your favorite food in a warm room.How do i make them believe me?
you are not chubby!!! do you voice to them that you think you are chubby? if so then THAT is why they think you are anorexic....you don't have to stop eating all together to be anorexic you know....jut try eating a little more and I promise you...as long as you stick to a healthy amount of calorie intake and output almost as much as you input then you won't gain a ton.
Girl, you seriously need some help! You are WAY underweight! You should be around 130 pounds! And you think you're chubby?! You're not! Seeing your ribs and bones is ugly, not pretty. Gain some weight. Don't worry at all about food. Eat until you're full, and don't worry about gaining weight. You NEED to. Go see a therapist, and get on a diet plan with your doctor, honey.
Jesus Christ. You should be at least 110 pounds. My best friend only weighs 85-95 pounds but she's only 5'1, 5'2. And she has great metabolism. You should start eating.
I know how you feel, I'm 5'2 and I weigh like 97 pounds, I think that you get to a point where your body is use to it, you are not anorexic, I cant eat too much because I feel nauseated but what I do is I eat a until I start feeling like that and eat again a little later and eat snacks in between like Apples a peanut butter sandwich, or you know, healthy snacks. I also take vitamins, I would just let it be, is your family thin? Mine is that's why I think I don't really gain any weight and I'm 20 I also have a two year old. Sometimes there is alot more to being thin than just not eating alot, sometimes in my opinion you cant help it, believe me I've tried I've taken milkshakes to gain weight"and I do but after a couple of months I loose all the weight and go back to my regular weight" I would just try to explain it to them the best I could, Try doing what I do maybe it will help. Good Luck! Sometimes you just have a fast metabolism.
