lunch: mozzarella sticks fries/ or pizza with fries a low fat chocolate milk and some times a vitamin water and maybe a air heads extreme
dinner: always something healthy and water ( my mom make me)

Well, i suggest following the exercise routines, and food recipes in seventeen magazine... They arent too difficult, but they do bring results.

your breakfast and lunch is really bad. for breakfast just eat a bowl of cheerios. lunch eat a sandwhich (turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato) and an apple and maybe crackers or something.
