How to make my appearance better?

I 14years old and I'm 5'1 i weigh around 120-127 and i want to lose weight probably so i could be around 100lbs I wake up at 5am every week day and leave my house around 7am I go to my friends house and head out for school around 8am i don't get home until 4pm and i go to sleep around 11pm. I want to be able to eat better and exercises But i'm not sure how to do it. I have a busy schedule my eating habits include breakfast: a sandwich bag full of rice krispies

lunch: mozzarella sticks fries/ or pizza with fries a low fat chocolate milk and some times a vitamin water and maybe a air heads extreme

dinner: always something healthy and water ( my mom make me)

Please help me with exercises that will fit in my shedule and a diet that is easy to follow or any good websitesHow to make my appearance better?
Well, i suggest following the exercise routines, and food recipes in seventeen magazine... They arent too difficult, but they do bring results.

your breakfast and lunch is really bad. for breakfast just eat a bowl of cheerios. lunch eat a sandwhich (turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato) and an apple and maybe crackers or something.
