Hi. Bulimia, Anorexia and Malnutrition mostly malnutrition because you lack of vegetables and meat intake. These are the illnesses i can think of but i bet there are hundreds more. Get milk and cereals in your diet. Not to forget chicken and meat as you need protein. You need vegetables for vitamins. If you are not receiving enough intake of those essential nutrients, it might stunt your growth and you will be more prone to health problems. You can't possible hate all HUNDREDS of vegetables right? You MUST find the vegetable that you like, YOU MUST! Personally i like brocollis, cauliflowers, kang kong, lettuce, beans and more. Apples is a fruit and you must eat 1 or 2 a day. Don't forget nuts and beans intake. Trust me, you WILL feel MUCH more BETTER in so many ways if you receive enough nutrients. End your sufferings such as headaches and possible future illnesses. Take care hon.I don't eat much, what health problems could i face?
All healthy diets include regular fruit and vegetables for antioxidants, fiber, enzymes, vitamins and minerals and without those nutrients you are likely to have digestion problems and you could end up with colon cancer. Your immune system is likely to be weak as you are not getting enough vitamin C.

You are likely to feel unwell due to malnutrition and undereating that can also, to some extent, stunt your height growth.

You also need more protein from dairy products, eggs, meat, poultry or sea food. Insufficient protein can, to some extent, stunt your height growth.

Insufficient calcium can also stunt your height growth so you need dairy products.I don't eat much, what health problems could i face?
starvation.

starvation diseases like marasmus, beri beri and pellegra.

electrolyte imbalance leading to muscle spasms and heart attack

immune system breakdown leading to illnesses that "hang on" or cancers or not healing wounds quickly

many other problems.
You are eating mostly carbohydrates. That's just fuel. You need proteins and vitamins and minerals to grow and be strong. The headaches can be a symptom of something that isn't working in your system.

I'm glad you are going to the doctor. Be sure to tell him/her all about your diet. Your parents should go with you to hear what the doctor says about that. Good nutrition is a family affair!

Among the things that can go wrong, just FYI, is having your hair fall out.
