Okay Well its not as bad as I might think, However I am 21 and if I heard my doctor correctly my cholesterol level is 5.1 with 5.7 being the danger zone and 4.6 being normal.
I only way 138 lbs and I am 6 ft so I am fairly skinny and cant really lose wait.
Now I have fast metabolism which caused all this mes(In a wierd way)
you see 2 years ago I needed to gain weight because of a security job(my decision no requirments forcing me)
I was sick of being skinny so I went extreme bought protein shakes, bars, worked out an average of 5 hours a day for 2 months and rotated between McDonald's and Pizza during the weekdays to maximize calories.
I gained 20 lbs in 3 months and had to stop after I injured my back during work out then lost all after a month and a half.
Anyways I decided to take another approach this year and did everything except the workout and now i work at a job where i just sit.
I thought I would gain weight but Instead I gained cholesterol, which is weird cause i thought my metabolism would quickly burn it off.
But It did'nt and Now I am at a scary 5.1, what should I do?I have High Cholesterol what should I do?

start mild to moderate exercise again, it is the solution for your problem.
