Why am I gaining weight?

I am 25yr old Female. I weigh 74.5kg. (apparently thats about 163 pounds?). Anyway my height is 166cm (no idea how many inches or feet that is). My question is this: I started doing the Basic Tae Bo workout at home about 3 weeks ago. The basic workout is roughly 30minutes including the warmup and cooldown of about 5 minutes each. I am still gaining weight, which is odd because I really havent been eating more or less. I havent changed my diet either, because I don't believe in Diets. They make me hungry and wanna eat more.

I do the Tae Bo 5 days a week in the mornings. I have 100ml low fat yoghurt for breakfast, (im not a big eater in the mornings - i just eat the yoghurt so that i can take my multivitamins). Then I eat again at about 12..usually a slice of bread with either tuna mayo (I go very easy on the mayo) or with peanut butter (sugar free and saltfree) with reduced sugar jam. Then I have dinner at about 7pm-ish. I cook with olive oil, I rarely eat butter and other fats. I NEVER eat animal fats..I always trim it off. I have bad foods now and then but not on a regular basis. (i.e pizza or fries maybe twice a month). I dont consume a lot of alcohol either.

Why am I still gaining weight? Or more importantly, why am I not losing weight. And when will be the right time to start on a more advanced Tae Bo workout. I am scared that if I jump in too quickly I might end up quiting all together. I cannot stick to an extreme eating plan, I have tried that for so many years, I actually lost count. I have 6 weeks to lose a dress size..how can I do that? Please help. Why am I gaining weight?
First counting calories is important, but first you need to know your daily calorie need. Your daily calorie intake with 25% reduction for fat loss is 1,803. So that should be your daily intake. Next TaeBo is great for cardio, you need to add some strength training to lose the fat. Remember muscle burns fat, build muscle, burn your fat. If you need help email me.Why am I gaining weight?
Coach A - Could you possibly send me your email address? I'd like to find out a bit more about this strength training etc. If you don't want to post it publicly, you can send it to my email address lisaeksteen@yahoo.com

Much appreciated.

Why am I gaining weight?
166cm @ 74kg is quite heavy. Should cut to 64Kg. Your dinner maybe too much. Count your calories.

With that amount of workout, it should go down.
Yes count calories....you'll be suprise at how much your putting in. TRUST ME JUST DO IT.

as for workout, maybe your gaining muscle weight? just an idea.
