I over ate and now a fleshy substance came out of my stomach?

the substance is still atatched to the inside of my stomach ,it definently came out threw the navel and is not a fluid like discharge , theres a slight stinging sensation. i know i should and will go to the doctor just not today but could anybody possibly give me a idea of what this might be . smoked a lil pot (cant handel it ) and got extreme munchies and ate all 3 of the 3 for 15 pizzas from dominoes .. i know iknowI over ate and now a fleshy substance came out of my stomach?
