When I'm get through the day I will get randomly blank out. Like, I'm half conscious. I will still be functioning but then I'll like blink and notice wow "I'm at school" "wow I'm eating pizza" it's not memory it's like, forgetting what your doing almost, waking up. No I'm not talking about daydreaming, no I get plenty of sleep.
To you potheads, I feel high when I'm not just not as extreme get me?
To non-pot-smokers, ^ ignore pleaseIs this a disorder? Minor insanity? ?
There is such a thing as an 'absence seizure' where you have incredibly mild epilepsy that causes you to run on autopilot for awhile. This is important to look into, because people in the autopilot state can do some really weird things, or even drive around inappropriately.
Extreme fatigue can cause micro-sleep episodes that *look* like absence seizure, are you sleeping enough?
Starvation, extreme dieting, episodic hypoglycemia or diabetes can also have this effect from low blood sugar starving your brain for a time, and you will feel high. Do you eat regular balanced meals and avoid things that will give you a sugar crash, like over-sweetened beverages and candy? Do you eat food that will *stick with you* like complex carbs and protein?
Underbreathing can cause this sort of effect. Sedentary people do not breathe enough, and so they have periods of low oxygen to the brain.
Hyperventilation can do this also, over-breathing, usually following periods of intense exercise, or anxiety attacks cause this. People who over-breathe get headaches, often migraines. Stress contributes to over-breathing.
People who get side tracked into obsessive thoughts experience this also. Only you know if you are obsessing :) It is not always bizarre to obsess, it is common in teen boys and mathematicians... But it also crops up among the depressed and the anxious people.
Get some decent rest, eat actual food regularly, take a walk every day... if it does not go away in a week, see your doctor, because something is wrong. Is this a disorder? Minor insanity? ?
