Lifting Weights Without Protein?

I'm currently in college living on an extreme budget. My meals usually consist of Pizza, Ramen Noodles, and burgers from the dollar menu. I try to get some protein from Peanut Butter and boiled eggs but I know its not enough, and I'm too broke to buy supplements or protein powders. I lift weights about 3 times a week and I run 3 times a week. Will I still see results even though my nutrition isn't up to par?Lifting Weights Without Protein?
Try eating Tuna everyday it has tons of protein. Also cottage cheese has a lot of protein both are fairly cheap and healthy for you. I also like making sliced turkey meat sandwiches, which also has has a lot of protein.Lifting Weights Without Protein?
You might want to eat fruits and vegetables instead.

Exercising on that sort of diet will leave you feeling groggy and not so great.Lifting Weights Without Protein?
Tuna has protein but also tons of methyl mercury
