Well we were over at her house, and well Lilly cares a LOT about her appearance. She freaks out if she gets a pimple, and when she does, she immediatley shaves it off and puts a ton of ointment and a bandaid on it. Then the next day she covers it with makeup.
One day she had a break out, and she was soooo frustrated, and me and the other girls ordered a pizza. Well she literally took a slice, smeared it on her face, and went to bed. When she got up, she had zits and acne EVERYWHERE. So she had a break out, and intentioally made it worse.
BUT THEN, this gave her the excuse to go to a dermatologist who gave her accutane and like 7 hours after she took the first pill, she was totally clear. She has had a chemical peel done to remove the acne scars from that and she has had her teeth surgically bonded.
Well last night we were over at her house again. I dont like her, but a ton of other girls from school go so that makes me happy. That day, she dyed her hair but it came out all wrong. She has brownish hair and it was wayyy to light for her. So she got angry and dyed it brown again and washed her hair. She must have damaged it or something, because she dyed her hair minutes after, and when it dried it was like broken, very thin, and some hair fell out. I told her to just leave it alone she probably irritated her scalp. She freaked out and she was shaking because she knows schools gonna start soon. I told her not to worry, her hair will be fine by tommorrow. She grabbed me and said "NO IT WONT!!!" and she was crying.
She went upstarirs and I heard her talking to herself and I went upstairs and she was bald and she shaved her entire head.
Then this morning I heard she went to her older cousin who is a make up artist and got a wig which she is gonna wear.
She literally has to look PERFECT. So if her hair is damaged, she needs to shave it off and get a wig. If her face has two or three pimples, she needs to induce an EXTREME breakout to get a drug. She wears TONS of makeup, one time when she was asleep, I took a cotton swap and dipped it in makeup remover. Then I smeared it off her cheek, and it looked like a thick layer came off. SICK.
Could she be mental?
Also one time she was in a rush and the door closed on her skirt so her skirt got stretched and a bit dirty, she quickly cut that part of her skirt off and sewed it.This girl shaved her head bald and wears wigs now, could she be mental?

Probably not she just has to look perfect and nobody is perfect.....i don't know how to explain it
Uhm, well, that should be in like a horror movie. That was kinda freaky... She needs to seek intense therapy and she needs to learn the appearances aren't everything. Those pills she took that cleared up her face, could seriously damage her liver if she takes it unnesicarily. You should tell someone...get her help...quick, before she does something seriously bad to herself.
