Do you have to have an extreme diet in order to work on that six pack? I was doing so well with my diet and drinking nothing but water, milk, and juice and i blew it today on on three pieces of meatball pizza, the square kind, with diet soda. And I didn't have time to do the ab-work that I usually do...help? Is it all going to be okay, or what? I didn't run today either (i'm in xc) because i wanted to take a day off because I ran fairly considerably hard yesterday. Is that okay too??ABS Qustion, it would be nice if you looked at this?
its acceptable we all have an off day but don't give up you just have to work a lil harder tomorrow

Yes an off day from working out is ok. Also everyone we slip up on there diet once in awhile and it's a good thing cause u will go crazy if u don't eat that fattening food once in awhile to keep u sane just get back on ur workout tomorrow and u will be fine.ABS Qustion, it would be nice if you looked at this?
